As you may have noted in the previous thread, the all-new Porsche 911 GTS has been revealed.
While this may not be exciting for some of you, for Porschephiles, it's a big event. That's because this is the most sporting — and I'd argue — "pure" all-new Porsche on the market. The GTS can be had with a manual gearbox, it sends power to the rear, has key standard features that would be options on the standard 911, and has that wiiiiide body found in the all-wheel drive 911s.

In a world where the GT3 only comes equipped with a dual-clutch box and features active steering, the GTS may be one of the last 911s to have that old-school, "raw" feeling. Though I am sure some would argue that's been gone since the days of the 993, later adopters will probably understand what I am talking about.
