OK. So, the 2015 Ford Mustang has so far left a good amount of folks polarized, as noted in previous stories. But as more information and photos pour out about the car, there's a couple holes to plug.
Well, no one has really heard the 2015 Mustang yet. There's been a couple spy videos of the car in development but as they weren't finalized we can't be 100 percent sure if the vehicle was optimized. This past weekend it appears Ford brought an all-new 'Stang 5.0 V8 to Irvine's famous Cars and Coffee. Though we're sure a lot of rental car companies will snap up the base V6 — it's weird that the all-new 2.3-liter four-cylinder EcoBoost powerplant will be more premium to the six, but that's the way it is — the V8 is the real icon.
The 5.0 V8 seen here sounds a lot like the "Coyote" from 2013 though it is said to have been upgraded quite a bit from the 2013 model year. Listen to it below and weigh in.
In addition, I checked out Ford's media site for additional images since the vehicle's launch and I came across new images of a silver 2015 Mustang. To be straightforward, the red Mustang that Agent 001 shot doesn't look NEARLY as good as the silver car.
That said, I think it's safe to say that the color combination of the 2015 Mustang will play a BIG part in how it looks.
