Once and a while we see a story, review or video from another publication and we just scratch our heads and wonder "WTF?" That's because it's pretty clear that the folks involved had to know before they conducted their "test" or what have you that it wouldn't work.

Unless they're complete idiots.

I never leave that completely out of the equation as I've had first hand experience dealing with these types. But, that's the nature of the automotive beast.

One of the premier automotive rags, Autocar, recently took Bentley's all-new Speed out for a top speed run at a RAF base in the U.K. The point? To hit the vehicle's claimed 206 mph top speed.

Of course they didn't come close — they hit 181 mph — but instead of noting this should have been attempted at a more appropriate venue it seems that the gentleman in the clip questions the vehicle's capability as well as his bravery.

I am just going to shake my head and simply move on.
