THE WINNER SHOULD BE EITHER THE S550 OR THE LS460

I know what you're saying. The Eos? But there is some pretty nifty engineering going on here, the sunroof and hardtop-convertible in one. I'm not saying it's what I would choose, but I do see why they chose it.

What's to complain? Cute car, good engineering, sporty. I don't see a problem with it.

it's not for me, but there's no doubt in my mind that it is a good car, and probably best in class, although the astra twintop looks better...

Did you see one on the road? Very chic.

I don't necessarily agree with this idea either- it's not really that hard to incorporate a sunroof into a hardtop. But, it's an all-around great package, and though it might not be one of the most significant new cars on the market, it will be adored by its buyers, I suppose.

This is totally a chick car - if there ever was any doubt. Kind of like the old Cabrio, I didn't see any one except girls driving those.

I stumble over the VW chrome bottom lip. It's a lot of chrome there. I keep trying to see it as elegant every time I see it. I liked the last gen VW designs.

I disagree compleltely. If atall i have to choose VW/Audi for this award,I'll choose the new Audi TT coupe/cabriolet over this.

BTW my choice would be the new 3 coupe/cabrio.

I like it in general, but I dislike that huge expanse of metal between the rear wheel-opening and the green-house. Looks a bit "econoboxish" around the backend.
However, given a choice between the VW that will be worth 1/2 the new price in 6 years, or a GM that will be worth 1/2 the purchase price in 2-3 years or less ... that's a no-brainer!
Plus, I read that the front and rear of the EOS behave like they're connected to the same car over bumps, unlike any detroit rag-tops that I've driven.

Has anyone driven the EOS and G6 both?
