You know, perhaps I should have stuck to playing sports. The reason I say this is because the Los Angeles Angels' CJ Wilson snapped up a McLaren P1. While that's been known for about one month now, the car is starting to get some miles put on its odo.

Wilson is a known gearhead who likes to participate in races when he can, so, it's not much of a surprise that he decided to reward himself with a present — we're assuming it was paid for thanks to that HUGE five-year deal he signed in 2011. And, what better way to do it than customizing it to your specifications?

McLaren has no problem meeting expectations. Good on ya, CJ for doing it your way!

Wilson opted to have his P1 painted a chameleon paint job that shifts from blue to purple to orange to bronze. On the outside it is finished off with gold painted wheels and orange brake calipers. To say it's unique would be an understatement.

In a new series of photos we're assuming he shot himself on a recent roadtrip to one of the globe's most majestic places, the Grand Canyon, it's clear that the P1 is a head turner.

That said, we're a bit curious: by juxtaposing these TWO remarkable things WHICH do YOU think is more awesome?
