Nissan has been absolutely crushing it in 2017. Even though we have our reservations about some of the company's cars, Nissan is in a good spot to edge out VW as the largest automaker in the world. Part of Nissan's success stems from the hot-selling Rogue SUV, which has overtaken the Toyota Camry as the most popular vehicle in the US. Nissan is currently squeezing out all it can from its current assembly plants, but Automotive News reports that the Japanese company will have to expand in order to keep up with demand.
