Hyundai Confirms New Pickup Will Be A Rugged Body On Frame Design

Hyundai has confirmed that, contrary to previous reports, its forthcoming pickup truck is going to use a ladder-frame chassis.

 

Hyundai Australia chief executive John Kett confirmed the news during a recent interview with Which Car, revealing that the unibody car platform that underpinned the original Santa Cruz Concept won’t make it into production.
