AWESOME or AWFUL? What Do YOU Think Of This Porsche 911 Turbo S' Spec? Is It Getting Two Thumbs UP or DOWN?

In the age of personalization, everyone's getting in on the act. And when it comes to autos, people go head over heels making their vehicle one of one.

Ultimately, some just do it better than others. This is because taste is a completely subjective matter.

Having said that, there's some great Instagram accounts dedicated to one-offs as well as unique specifications. And, I stumbled upon something rather amazing just the other day.

Currently on sale in Colorado, one particular Porsche 911 (991) Turbo S Cabriolet is not like the other girls. That's because it's painted a unique green exterior and features an espresso interior. Topping this off is a brown rag top as well as carbon fiber wheels typically found on the Exclusive Series Turbo S.

While I've seen plenty of highly optioned, unique Turbo S Cabriolets available previously, this one is rather tasty in my opinion.

Now then. We’re going to stick our necks out on the line with this one and say that this is the best 991 Turbo S Cab ever built. (That we know exists). Finished in one of the best car colours ever, Oak Green Metallic with Brown roof, over Espresso leather with contrast White stitch. This ridiculous example also features the carbon exterior pack including illuminated door sills, Turbo aero kit, Burmester sound system, and Exclusive Series braided carbon wheels. At least the interior is black rather than the usual horrible beige that people seem to want when they lose their minds and buy a green car.

@MD- You need your glasses or you didn't click through to the article. The interior of that car is chocolate brown, not black. A 1:1 car for the buyer who spec'd it. Good luck selling that.

I have never quite understood why people want to get a convertible version of the Porsche Turbo. It just looks like a mess with the side vents, big rear spoiler and then the convertible roof. I think it harkens back to the days of wanting to sell that guy who shows up on the lot and says I want a "loaded" 911. Here you go.
