Yes because riding in a cheap ass Model 3 interior is quite punishing and could be an effective crime deterrent if it doesn't rear end a parked firetruck or the batteries explode and kill you first...

A police spec EV makes a lot of sense given the usage patterns of law enforcement vehicles. NYC has a number of EV cars for example.

The use a lot of road salt in CT, so its anyone's guess how long the Model 3 lasts before it rusts out like an old Fiat.

I will never understand why no one has rolled out an EV delivery van - 300 mile range, plenty of room for batteries, could be a stripped out vehicle options-wise. The usage pattern of delivery/panel vans and EV lines up pretty well.

Can Autospies please invest in gooder servers with all those millions you are making off of all the Tesla PR spinage? I find your pages to load slowly and timeout quite frequently. I recommend WPX Hosting and have used them for years.

Since Autopilot will crash the car into a parked police car (see the news this week), the sentry mode will be helpful.
