I believe BMW will be able to hold its sales lead over Mercedes-Benz in 2020. BMW has a great mix of SUVs, which have been the driving force of sales gains throughout the auto industry over the past 5 years.

The X3 has sold very well due to its combination of sharp handling, the latest technology features and luxurious interior. The X5 continues to do well and the X7, with its bold exterior design, ample space and luxury/tech, has been a huge success for BMW.

Actually, the GLC outsold the X3 by 3k units despite being in the middle of a facelift transition.

This differs from the numbers posted at month end. I believe the 324,000 figure for BMW includes Mini.

One of those things I've never been able to understand. BMW, Mercedes, Audi, etc. fighting for the more cars crown. Don't the owners of these luxury cars mind when they're driving the same car as everyone else? I do!
