Analyst Claims Tesla Stock Will Rise 30% More Based On China Volume
Recent news about Tesla stock have mostly been focused on the recent downgrades it received from Wall St, but amidst analysts’ more cautious stance on the company, the electric car maker actually received a 30% higher price target from Piper Sandler. The firm noted that its more optimistic outlook was due to the potential of Tesla in China.

In a recent note to clients, Piper analyst Alexander Potter stated that the Made-in-China Model 3 could end up being successful. Provided that the Model 3’s market share in the United States can be replicated in China, the all-electric sedan could help Tesla boost its delivery volumes to record levels.

What's Tesla going to do when the Chicom government kicks Tesla out after stealing their technology, and uses one of their internal car makers to build an EV? Since Tesla had to partner up with a local Chicom company, most assuredly, that company has now stolen all of Tesla's technology.

The average cost of a car in China is $15,000.
The cheapest Tesla in China is $36,000.
The Chinese are know for their frugality. I do not see Tesla selling large numbers of an exorbitant priced Tesla in China.

China is already their 2nd largest market, and that was when the cheapest car was $55k+ thanks to all of the tariffs and taxes. Now with all the incentives you can get it down to $43k (not quite 36k), which is the same as what you would pay in the US for the same car after most state taxes and fees. That 8k is going to make a big difference.

Tesla R&D in China is also going to work on a brand new car, rumored to be a compact cheaper than the Model 3.

I think one day, Tesla China sales will outpace the US.

Pedo man Elon needs to be jailed with Carlos Ghosn and left there to rot.

Go to Hong Kong or Shanghai. Teslas are everywhere. The Chinese are notoriously cheap but they love to display their wealth with luxury items.

They are not moving any US production to China, but they might make a cheap car exclusively there just like the Model S, X, and Roadster will exclusively be made in the US for the entire world (higher end Model 3s and Ys are also still made in the US for China).

Good for TESLA stockholders, wish I would have jumped in when it tanked a few months ago.
