Ontario Provincial Police Ask Elon Musk, "Model X Or CyberTruck?"

Ontario Provincial Police Ask Elon Musk,
The Ontario Provincial Police Highway Safety Division sent out a recent tweet asking Tesla CEO Elon Musk if the Cybertruck or Model X crossover would make a better police car.

While we don't have any more specific information, it's interesting that the police division even asked the question, and arguably more interesting to read through the replies on Twitter. Sadly, as far as we can tell, Musk hasn't responded publicly.

The Ontario Provincial Police sure sound like clueless boobs.
Here is a hint for your beginners....think "PRACTICAL" and must possess the ability to transport dangerous criminals securely in rear seat for for your cop car.

The OPP has a rather eclectic vehicle fleet. It ranges from Riot trucks to Chevy Suburbans, Ford Explorers, Dodge Chargers, Ford Police Interceptors etc.
Likely some watercraft too. And some planes and helicopters too. Why not a BEV?

This tweet is likely much more about trying to be perceived as current to millennials than any future vehicle acquisition strategy.

The OPP should focus on doing their goddamn overpaid union job and not tweet about stupid shjit like this and should enforce the law against native protestors whom are shutting down all our rail lines as the cowardly cops sit there and watch as Billions is lost to our economy. This would have been over in 1 day had this happened in Murica and it wouldn't be pretty for the asshole protestors either.

No leadership from Ottawa and our useless PC, virtue signalling Black Face PM Mohamed Trudeau to enforce the law and clear these "paid actors" trying to kibosh our pipeline development. You can't make stupid shit like this up except for this joke of a country which is absolutely perfect according to CommieComments.

@QEW - Once again get your facts straight. Rail lines in the country/remote areas are the jurisdiction of the RCMP which are and have been involved with the blockades if you watch or read the news. Wishing they were all dead or run over is fine for people to post, but not realistic in practical terms. Personally I would have had them forcibly removed by now. Enough is enough.

Really? Then why was it the OPP whom were on the news in or around Cornwall where the CN line was shut down then? RCMP have venue in BC...
