New Subaru WRX Sti To Pack Over 400HP

Subaru plans on delivering the goods in 2021 when it debuts the next incarnation of its flagship performance model. Rather than incrementally improving the WRX line as it has in the past, Subie looks to be kicking down the stable doors to drag as many horses as possible back to the factory for canning beneath the WRX STI’s hood.

Subaru's invincible quality is a myth. The engine is likely to leak oil, develop valve train clatter and or failure, and drink oil.

The STI is an example of complacency at its finest. When the STI came out way back when 300hp was a big deal, the car had a performance advantage. They never improved the HP and performance while everyone else caught and passed it. It's so bad for the STI that SUV's like the BMW X3 M40i was quicker and faster than it. Too late Subi.
