You Getting On This Bandwagon? 2021 BMW M4 Will Probably Look A Lot Like THIS!

A recent series of leaked images confirmed our worst fears that the new BMW M3 and M4 are set to adopt truly gigantic front kidney grilles similar to the Concept 4 from last year.

These renderings show how the two new cars will look when they start to reach the hands of customers. The two CGIs come courtesy of Instagram user zer.o.wt and depict the new M4 from both the front and the rear.

It is dissapointed that BMW has fallen into the Lexless bigger is better front grill fallacy. In fact, bigger is bizarre and very disproportional.

Wonder where the number plate will be mounted and how it will influence the front-end.

I must be esthetically challenged. I actually like it.

Pig nose, but good performance is all so do not worry, it will sale. Is a terrible design but when no creativity is a problem, this is what you get.

Not much for the "angry bunny" look.

Love it.. something different.. a BMW has always been ostentatious now they are getting back to a design that sets them apart fro all the other Jelly Bean designs from Germany. This grill has a historical precedent, it is a modern interpretation from the 1970 BMW Garmisch built for the Geneva Auto show designed by Italian designer Marcello Gandini. NO one will mistake this next generation of BMW's for a Hyundai or Mercedes... good job BMW, the new flat clear logo, not so much.

Big car grilles have been around for decades. Alot of classic cars have big, huge, honking grilles. The industry moved away from them for a while, then Audi seemed to be the modern renaissance of the big grille.

That being said, some modern applications are just unbecoming. Lexus and Audi are just not aesthetically pleasing except the LC500.

In this case it feels like familiarity may breed acceptance.

Well at least the new I6 is showing it can really crank out the power. Is this a derivative of the new B58 (Hustler for you Jet fans) engine? The difference in the previous 335 and 340 engine is significant and they have definitely built this B58 to take a lot of boost. As for the looks... just sad. BMW since the 3.0 CS line had kind of become synonymous with the brute in a suit look. Now it looks like... well it is no brute in a suite that's for sure.
