Who Is Laughing Now? Tesla Overtakes Boeing To Become Most Valuable Industrial Company In The U.S.
Tesla Inc. passed Boeing Co. as the most valuable industrial company in the U.S., closing a gap that was almost $200 billion a year ago.

Boeing’s biggest one-day plunge in almost 40 years dropped its market capitalization to $106.5 billion, more than $10 billion below Tesla’s value. Since when does the value of a stock actually represent the true value of a company? The real Value of a company is when you add up the real assets - and subtract the DEBT from that number - and Tesla is a worthless company when you do that.

Stock prices move with moods and outside events - that have nothing to do with reality.

Its all about perceived value and that drive stock values. Stock value determines company value. always been that way

Tesla is not an industrial company...it is a tech company. The primary value of Tesla lies in the battery technology and not the automobile manufacturing.

Tesla stock value has CRATERED. This article is invalid now.
All the big shots who bought into the Tela balloon auto stock in very late February 2020 at around $917 have now enjoying today's share price of $508. That's a 45% drop in share value. Say 'thank you' Elon.

Perceived is not actual value. Tesla does not even have a PE ratio because it does not have earnings. It is a financial house of cards. You should read up on the many accounting tricks Elon is using to prop up the company. Warranty repairs are under marketing/PR to artificially lower the COGS.
Tesla stock cratered 40 percent this week, in part due to GM's announced new battery technology.
