Yet ANOTHER Casualty From Coronavirus. The 2021 Ford Bronco REVEAL...
Let me be clear. We are not trivializing the severity of the global pandemic surrounding the coronavirus. This is why we're trying to keep you up-to-date with accurate, timely information. Not to mention the Agents are taking precautions.

That said, yet another automotive event has bit the dust.

While anticipation was running high for the 2021 Ford Bronco reveal, it has been given the axe. As of now it is not clear whether or not a livestream will take place in place of the live event.

According to folks in the loop, the debut was to happen on March 17.

We'll keep you abreast of the latest Bronco-related updates.

I was all set to head to a Bronco press preview next week but unfortunately Ford has cancelled the event due to Coronavirus.

They sent me an email this morning. Hopefully they can reschedule it when things get better.

So in your feeble little brain that is trying so hard to get me the only thing you can think of to do is to attack people of faith? This continues to prove that you are a hateful person because it is dripping with your bigotry and intolerance. Imagine if you put all this time and effort into making money and doing something for the good of humanity.

Don't blame us, your fearless leader is the guy who just declared the national emergency.

In the meantime, I think I speak for everyone when I say we strongly encourage you to socialize in large groups, fly, take trains, touch your face frequently and show us all how tough you are.

Are we expecting the Bronco and the Bronco Sport to launch and hit dealers at the same time?

We are NOT. They will be staggered. The Bronco we're being told is still 9 months from being in dealers. The Bronco Sport is supposed to debut after the Bronco but arrive first to dealers.

Ideally Bronco Sport will launch in October, followed by big Daddy Bronco (U725) in January.

I am really hoping that things do not to worsen, because this whole theory of working from home is very troubling on programs going through launch readiness and critical sign offs to meet Job 1 dates.

Those are things you just can't do in your living room or home office. For things related to 2023 or 2024 and beyond model programs (ie Super Duty P708), it's more manageable to not be in the office, outside some of sign-offs (design approval or freeze, package plan, etc).

Bronco is currently in early tooling trial phases, in which pilot production kicks off afterward in July. I am wondering if that's going to change soon because of these annoying developments?

Sport was entering pilot production soon, but yikes that will change if this continues any longer than 2 weeks. The mistakes made with Explorer, can't happen again and delays will ensue, to protect against it.

The childish, hateful insults in this thread reflect more on those making them than the intended target. Incest? Suggesting someone get coronavirus? Really? Listen to yourselves.

Given that this is your alternate account, you're a hypocrite pretending to take the moral high road, but even in so doing you are being a judgmental person yourself. Sorry, Felicia.

Cool, I guess. Everything will have blown over by then and it'll be time to splurge on another toy.

Although they are a salesman, don't acknowledge it. The launch schedule for the Bronco is not going to be in December outside of Job 1. That is just a very tall order to meet with or without CV.

At Ford, we do not launch vehicles within 3 weeks of Job 1. It is ideally 6-8 weeks.
