Sorry. Car manufacturing and selling is not an essential activity. Police, fire, garbage collection, air traffic control, utility operations, these are essential.

Automobile sales are not essential services by any means. The service departments should be open only for emergency repairs. If we are going to have shutdowns, we cant cater to special interests otherwise don't bother.
