It has been reported that a number of used Tesla owners are allegedly discovering that features on their newly-purchased cars have been disabled.

In February, Jalopnik reported on the case of a man by the name of Alec who purchased a 2017 Tesla Model S from a used car dealership in December 2019. The dealership he bought the car from had recently acquired the car from Tesla at an auction and at the time, the electric sedan was equipped with the Enhanced Autopilot and Full Self Driving Capability options. The original owner paid $8,000 for these options.

Unfortunately, 009 has a point. However, any app you bought on the old phone can still be installed on the replacement phone, unless it's a different OS. Buy it for your iPhone and the purchase doesn't transfer to an Android.

However, if reports are to be believed, Tesla even removed items that were listed on the original Monroney sticker, and I don't believe that's going to fly legally. It's all going to boil down to the End User License Agreement. You know, those pages of legalese that none of us ever read...

Because apps on your phone aren't on the MSRP and don't have adds in the use iPhone book.
