Cities should be legislating scooters and Uber/Lift out of existence. They only clutter sidewalks and roads. They add to congestion and in the case of cars, they also add to reduced air quality. Call a cab, ride your bike or walk.

I love those scooters as it gives my dog more things to pee on. Aside from that benefit they are nothing more than a trip hazzard and another vehicle for fat suburbanites NOT to walk around the city when they need to getting more physical activity. Ebikes are for people with DWI conviction(s).

Are you out of your mind? Have you ever tried to get a cab in NY? In the rain? Uber / Lift have made traveling on business infinitely more convenient. They aren't going anywhere.
