Stir Crazy New Yorker Wrecks His $750,000 Gemballa Mirage GT In Driving Spree

A pricey Gemballa Mirage GT wreaked havoc on the streets of New York City this morning as its driver crashed into several vehicles before being stopped by police.

Details are limited, but a video posted on social media shows the car apparently slammed into a van and a crossover.

Instead of stopping, the driver of the Gemballa fled the scene – running a red light in the process. However, the car was heavily damaged in the collision and it’s hood can be seen flying off as it sped away.

He seems to lose control or something as he enters the empty intersection of an empty street. Almost like he wanted to crash for the footage and the likes. Unless he mashed the throttle on painted damp roads and that is all she wrote as the back end steps out.

This is merely the latest in a long series of exotics this guy has crashed on public roads. He can’t drive and he can’t learn from mistakes. He will eventually hurt others if he doesn’t lose his driving privileges for a long time. Some jail time would be appropriate as well.

I've run across people with money who are callous and think nothing of destroying something because they can just go buy another one. Such people have deep psychological issues and the destruction of something expensive is merely symptom.

This bozo would likely still drive even if he lost his driving privilege.

What I found most odd from the photo is the cops are just talking to him and he is standing around. No arrest, no handcuffs no nothing. I didn't understand. Was it because he is rich?
