Will The NEW Lexus 600HP LQ SUV Put A Dagger In The Heart Of The Germans?

Why do they continue trying to compete with the Germans? No ones wants the LFA or F performance models. They are great products but they do not sell.

They don’t sell because they are ugly

They also don't sell because there is ZERO marketing. The LFA was purely a masturbatory exercise and nothing of importance to the brand. The first ISF was a fire breather but Lexus in no way promoted it and leased it aggressively--which is what they needed to do to buy into the the M/AMG market. The GSF was fun too, but again NO MARKETING. The LQ will replace the LS easily in sales. The LQ--like the X7--is 5-7 years overdue to the market.

There is no Lexus named LQ, it's a Toyota brand concept from 2019. People in the media are unusually obtuse.

Naming it LX would be terrible because why would you want to name your new SUV after one with a base design that reaches back to 1996?

Hell no! Just look at Lexus front end! Eye pain!
