It doesn't look like a Cadillac. It looks like a giant Chevy Traverse. I think they've screwed the Escalade over.

IT is like an Escalade for a completely different customer base. This is sophisticated and very subtle inside and out. More Denali than Escalade of old.
It may attract new buyers, but it may also lose some along the way.

All the better for the far superior Navigator, Matt.

We sell both in our group and the Escalade has been the bigger money maker. The new Navigator improved Navigator income, but it was not a 64.5 Mustang moment. The Aviator is where the money is at Lincoln.

The last GM diesel I owned blew up. GM refused to warranty it. No more GM cars for me..ever.

I'll take a BMW X7 or MBZ GLS over this tarted up Chebby Surburban any day for that kind of $$$.

This is a massive stumble for GM. The Suburban needed to have its own body. You can see the Chevy loud and clear. Heck the face look like a big Traverse.

I think BMW nailed that X7 design. It really catches my eye every time I see it around town. The GLS is solid as well but BMW really hit a homerun in my view.

I agree. My wife current daily driver is an X7 and it is truly a remarkable vehicle. Love the styling but it's worth the money.

I was encouraged when I first saw the photos of the interior and then the outside was revealed. As others have said it is a massive dud.

The GMC is the only one with a serviceable design.
