Global Output Estimated To Fall By 20% In 2020

Global light vehicle production is now expected to fall more than 20 percent to around 71 million units in 2020 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and ensuing recession, a top automotive forecaster said Monday.

Wondering when discounting/incentives will peak. Not interested in the current leftover 19 models that no one wanted. Would like a chance of a Toyota at 20% off. Might be only the resale market tanks, given temporary production shutdowns.

We're a big enough group that we can push back if the goal is too high. If you're successful, they can be told to get off your ass on occasion. LOL There is a radical redistribution going on though. I'd be surprised to see any more Fusions coming. There will be a massive push with the Aviator--because it sells--and of course getting the Bronco going. It would not surprise me to see the Malibu die.
