Elon Musk sent stocks of his electric car company on a freefall on Friday after he went on a bizarre Twitter rant.

Stock was around $900/share after the surprise profit. I get the tweets about reopening the economy but why go over the line into stock analysis? Likely a SEC violation based on the agreement unless it was preapproved (unlikely).
