California Says Elon Musk's New Baby's Name Is UNCONSTITUTIONAL?

Elon Musk and Grimes might have told fans their newborn baby boy is called X Æ A-12 Musk, but it seems the unusual moniker could fall foul of Californian state rules.

Names can only use the 26 alphabetical characters of the English language, according to the state constitution.

Not only does this spell trouble for X Æ A-12 Musk, it also means bans on diacritical marks, such as accents in names like “José.”

So easy being Catholic. Just get the big baby book of Saints names and pick one. Always good to have a Saint in your corner when you are in a tight spot. Especially as a child who cheated death more than a few times.

I became Catholic about 10 years ago and I like the incense and water flinging. I like that no matter what I do wrong all I have to do is to feel guilty, light a candle, burn some incense, and fling water then all is good. :)

It's unconstitutional IF it is indeed true that the constitution of California says you can only use the 26 letters of the English alphabet.

The fascists can not dictate what you name your child. That's the right of every parent. Screw the fascists who try to dictate every aspect of our lives. If I were Elon, I'd hire that airplane guy who skywrote the bite "F U", and have him do the same thing over the state capital.
