Texas Rolls Out The Red Carpet For Tesla - Promises BILLIONS Saved In Taxes Alone

Tesla may be in conflict with Alameda County health officials today, but it doesn’t mean that other areas in the United States are not willing to host the electric car maker. In a series of announcements, officials from the State of Texas welcomed Elon Musk with open arms, stating that Tesla will find a very supportive environment in the Lone Star State.

Amidst the recent drama that unfolded yesterday, which involved Elon Musk reopening the Fremont factory without the green light from Alameda County health officials, Hidalgo County Judge Richard F. Cortez from Texas posted a note on Twitter. In his message, the judge acknowledged Tesla’s plight in California while iterating that such difficulties will likely not be present if the electric car maker were operating in Texas.

Maybe Musk will get Texas to change their laws so you can buy a Tesla here instead of doing an "out-of-state purchase"

I would imagine that is possible, however NADA is the NRA of the auto industry and would have something to say about that.

Newsom needs to step in and secure Tesla in California.

Newsom won't do that. He is all about power and control. His policies fail to make sense other than "I said so".

So Tesla will be at risk until Musk moves them out that environment.

If Tesla bolts, he will not get re-elected.

Sadly he might. A lot of the policies are feel good policies that make you think you are accomplishing something but at the risk of a disaster.

California will have mail-in voting. That's the left's plan on cheat-by-mail. It guarantees they only count the votes they want to count and allows the usual dead and illegals to vote.

I hear aborted fetuses are voting too before they are sold to research.

Definitely not sure about mail in ballots. It is still the same people counting the ballots so it should not be different from in person voting, but it does leave doors open for mischief. If those could be taken care of then it could go some ways to making everyone feel a bit better about it. As Stalin said "The people who cast the votes decide nothing, the people who count the votes decide everything.

In other areas I think the left and right could make a deal on voting. The left want's a paper trail so that the vote can be audited and lots of places where you can vote while the right wants voter id. I say allow voter id, must be free to get or some minor charge of $2-$3, and must be easy access to get, in other words there need to be many places you can get it from and you are not forcing people to drive long distances to get one (like Alabama for instance). Demand an audit trail with paper ballots as there are just too many ways electronic voting machines can be compromised. Make sure there are random audits of some percentage of the vote. Also make sure that polls are placed in locations by population so there are not huge lines at one location with many hours waiting while other polling places are almost empty.

The blue states should start pushing that the dollars they contribute to the Federal government are spent back in their states excepting emergencies like Hurricanes. They prop up mostly red states which then have the ability to have lower taxes, keep up with infrastructure and attract companies like Tesla.
