The rest of us know that Mary Barra demanded an inappropriately massive amount of money to make ventilators and then dragged her feet to the point that she had to be compelled.

Ford on the other hand jumped on it and got to work.

Ford is also not retreating from every market in a free-fall cataclysm like GM.
