If The Tesla CyberTruck Is HALF As Exciting As This Video, Ford, GM And RAM Better Have Some BIG Backup Plans.

If The Tesla CyberTruck Is HALF As Exciting As This Video, Ford, GM And RAM Better Have Some BIG Backup Plans.
Six years ago, I made a video about a young boy jettisoning his father's Model S into outer space. I did this out of my love for the Tesla brand, and the imagination it gave to creators like myself. And recently, after a few months of quarantining here in Los Angeles, I decided to start a new little project at home to stay creative and keep myself busy. With two weeks and a laptop, this is what I ended up with.

Watch the trailer to the Jay Leno show featuring the truck, it looks insane. There haven't been a lot of videos of it driving from the inside during the daytime. The glass roof from the inside, holy crap. It looks like Elon jumps on the tonneau cover as well to show how strong it is. Can't wait for the episode!

I gotta say, even with a Tesla’s piss poor quality, questionable designs, and moron of a leader, they have really done this thing their way. You can say what you want, yes that truck looks hideous, but Tesla’s look like nothing else on the road, perform like nothing else on the road, and offer a completely unique experience.

Also the fact that the company still save hundreds of millions by declining traditional advertising and just “partners” with huge influencers, has the established automakers scratching their heads and wondering why they hadn’t thought of that.

Marques Brownlee a techie youtuber just released his latest viral video featuring what else...a Tesla a Model S Performance

Savings on advertising only last so long when you have the next hot thing. After the hype declines and a competitor arises, you will need to eventually drive further hype via advertising. Even Apple has to advertise the iPhone now to drive perceived benefits.

Wrong, marketing is needed, traditional advertising has been declining for a while, consumers are consuming information differently, while one generation watcher commercials and infomercials, the younger generations are listening to social influencers and subscribing to personas of lifestyles they aspire to, hence Tesla’s partnerships with influencers.

If anything you will see more companies move away from traditional advertising and lean towards creative/lifestyle marketing, partnering with influencers who fit their brands best
