WORLD EXCLUSIVE: Spies Claim Elon’s Next Move Is Badass SUV Based On CyberTruck. Are You A DEFENDER Of This? Does It Hit Your ‘G’ Spot?
When Elon Musk threw the covers off the CyberTruck it was a shot heard around the world. The 'Red Pill' revealed a pickup truck like NO other.

And since then, whatever buzz companies like Rivian were building faded into the sunset.

Now, a few people who were somewhere they weren't supposed to be overheard this little gem.

Even Elon was blown away at the response of CyberTruck and he and his team knew they had a hit on their hands. So WHY stop at going after the F-150. Why not build a full blown badass SUV based off the CyberTruck platform? And spoil the party at Land Rover AND Mercedes-Benz.

So tell us Spies...Would YOU be a DEFENDER of that? Would it hit your 'G' SPOT?

Something has to replace the ugly, asinine, non-SUV Model X.

I would expect electric platforms can be very modular, spawning many variants. Not a fan of Tesla or the CyberTruck due to quality and engineering issues, but I’m surprised Tesla does not do more variants on all platforms.

In some ways Teslas are like traditional TVRs. They are a rolling chassis that can wear different hats. I seriously don't understand why Tesla made the Model Y NOT look like a real crossover/SUV. The Model X needs to be replaced with a Tesla "X7" and then they need their own X6M.

Agree. Build the Model Y and X to be more utilitarian for the typical family buyer. Just make a 2nd version with an more up right rear hatch. Seems like a no brainer at minimal investment. You can still have the slope back version for the “look at me” crowd.

Looks too much like that Faraday BEV wagon. Are they building anything yet?

I think this looks great and will sell tremendously.

Sure, make a fugly truck even fuglier. That way the idiots who lust over one can lust even more.

Something like this might be a solid replacement to the Model X. I think it will happen eventually. The Cybertruck already seats 6 people standard, so I think it will already pull some people away from the Model X and Y.

Yea they should do it, would definitely hit the Merc G Wagon crowd and likely a large number of Range Rover crowd as well.

Tesla needs to transform the Model S into less of a hatchback looking vehicle and more into an S Class rival. The Model 3 can take up the lower-end slack, but the Model S needs to be much more aristocratic in its look. Similarly the Tesla Aztek with the sparrow doors needs to be replaced with something that a GLS/GLS Maybach/G Wagen customer might be lured to consider. The Model Y similarly needs an emergency redesign.

Pontiac Aztec got crossed with a Delorean in a time machine blender and this is what you get!
