What Does The Future Look Like For The Internal Combustion Engine?
Car manufacturers are a long way from forgetting how to build cars that enthral us, from the second you first see their form to the moment you walk away from them with the smell of warm tyres and the ticking of cooling components in the air. But combustion engines, which have powered our cars for over a century now, are living on borrowed time, with taxes, legislation and customer preference all likely to affect their trajectory over the coming years. Auto manufactures are dropping pretty much all funding for ICE innovation and the powertrain is being banned in countries around the world starting as early as 2030. It's time is definitely limited. Once the costs of an EV powertrain (or other future tech) drop below ICE, there will be no going back.

Another False media pushed Narrative to achieve their aspirations. Outside of a couple of zip codes in the Land of Fruits and Nuts consumers have rejected EVs as they sit nailed to the showroom floor in most dealerships.

Manufacturers are only investing in EV because of government mandates which can and probably will change due to the massive economic damage caused by the CCP virus. Don’t be surprised by an EU breakup or a least more autonomy from the overreach of Brussels to individual countries.

EVs are simply all out better vehicles which will eventually be less expensive as well. The change is going to happen sooner than you think. Oh, and the Model 3 was the best selling vehicle in California in Q1. Not EV, not sedan, not car, but vehicle period.
