GM is planning to develop an electric delivery van that would be used by entities like UPS, Amazon, or even the United States Postal Service, Reuters was told by people familiar with the matter.

The plan could end up putting GM into the commercial electric vehicle conversation. However, the project, when combined with Ford, Rivian, and other EV makers, is a potentially multi-billion-dollar idea that could help the companies build and deliver a substantial amount of electric cars.

So under Mary Barra's leadership GM has been unable to build EVs the that people want. Then they sell Lordstown to a start up company making EV trucks. THEN GM decides to make EV trucks. When is the gender token getting kicked to the curb?

Should be easy to take the Cybertruck power train and created a delivery van. Could easily embarrasse any GM effort. This power train already is rated for heavy loads.

Put a box on Tesla's Model 3 skateboard and you have a Transit Connect type vehicle and so on. If Mary Barra had brains--and she clearly doesn't--she should be talking MERGER with Tesla and then leveraging that union for GM products.
