RUMOR! 2021 Ford F-150 To Offer THIS Performance Car Option On High End Units? A FIRST For A Ford PICKUP?

If you're pickup fan you're already excited for Thursday because that's when Ford will introduce the 2021 F-150 pickup truck.

And rumors of cool new options like a fold flat passenger seat are swirling.

Well, we'll add another one to the rumor mill. This one isn't a first for a pickup as the GM trucks have it but it will be on the F-150 for the first time.

What is it?

HUD. Heads up display. Definitely, a nice addition and helpful when driving.

I am not a fan of head's up displays. I have turned it off in my BMW. I find it very distracting when driving.

It's nice that HUD's have made a much wider come-back to a wide range of vehicles lately.

I remember the Pontiac Bonneville GXT/GXP & Cadillac STS/DTS having the feature as standard options but most auto media derided & bemoaned the option. Now the feature has found its way to luxury vehicles today.
