Governments around the world are all on the same page looking forward to a day where they are free of fossil fuels the pollution and healthcare issues they cause. You will just have to deal with it as this trend is not going to change.

@Xjug. They sold off their oil reserve holdings in Alaska last year for over $5B. Now they have sold off their Petrochemical business for billions more. They want to be next Zero by 2050. And are activity investing and looking for future investments in clean energy.. Where is this all going if you keep selling off major chunks of the oil business...?

And for fun the company that owns the EGO lawn mower company is.... Chevron. Why would they invest in this? They too are trying to diversify away from oil.

To CanadianComments;1) wind power is like tesla, only exist due to sizable government subsidies. 2) Let the market determine the fate of fossil fuels as your comment suggest the Chevron and Shell are reducing their dependence on oil for business reasons as profits from that sector are decreasing due to greater availability - i.e. large surpluses - rather than going green.
The only effective way to reduce greenhouse emissions is nuclear energy - cheap and clean - but environmentalists killed that in the 70s.
