Generally speaking: manufacturers share future vehicles with select representatives from dealers, but said people are not supposed to reveal details.

The exterior views we've seen look great, I really want to see the interior and the soft top functionality vs the Wrangler.

How much conversation have you had with your local Ford dealer?

Just wait a day after the release and it will be covered by automotive news sources in it entirely. YouTube! for video and here for discussions!

I don't like to walk into the dealership until I'm ready to transact.

You do realize that it's likely to be months after launch before you'll be able to buy at this point, right? Even though we don't usually get along, if there had been a way to do a sidebar convo with you, we could probably have made something happen. In what part of the country are you?

I don't need to get one of the first ones into the dealership - I'm happy to wait several months. I want to see it and decide exactly what I want before plunking money down.

I'm in Menlo Park.
