Spy photos of  Lynk & Co's first pure electric SUV: DC1E (Codename), it will be unveiled at 2020 Beijing Auto Show. The car is built on the PMA pure electric platform, wheelbase will reach 3000mm, range is expected to reach 700km.

Absolutely can...they have an established corporate manufacturing base/supply chain and at some point the Chinese government will enact policies to favor them over foreigners.

Also, that the well is up with Nikola. They reported $40K (K not M) in revenue last Q and their valuation is insane for total vaporware. At least Tesla was making money from the roadster when they IPOed.
