WATCH: Model 3 Goes Deep Water Diving Crossing Swollen Stream

Driving a car through deep water is never a good idea, unless perhaps it is an off-roader with big mud terrain tires, lots of ground clearance and a snorkel. Despite this, people around the world frequently test their luck in flood waters, sometimes with dire consequences.

 

These particular videos were recently filmed in Shanghai, China and show a white Tesla Model 3 being driven through flood waters with seemingly very little fuss.

At a minimum that driver will need a bucket to bail out the Frunk if there are no drain holes in it from the factory.

That's pretty cool, try that in most ICE cars and you will be replacing a motor. Seems like a natural for someone to develop an aftermarket amphibicar business?
