Does This New SECRET Audio CONTRADICT Goodyear's Official Company Statement On The Trump-Police-BLM Policy?
New audio from the training at the Topeka Goodyear plant gives more details about what was talked about in that meeting, including updates on their zero-tolerance policy.

The meeting has come into question after a photo of a slide showed what is and isn’t acceptable in the workplace.

13 NEWS-WIBW obtained an audio recording of the presentation. The speaker referenced instances of racial graffiti in the locker room, and detailed what is and is not allowed under the company’s zero-tolerance policy.
“Some people may wish to express their views on social justice or inequity or equity issues such as black lives matter or LGBTQ pride on their face coverings, shirts or wristbands. That will be deemed approved because it applies with a zero-tolerance stance,” the speaker said during the meeting. “However if any associate wears all, blue, white lives matter shirts or face coverings, that will be not appropriate.”

So Spies, WHO do YOU believe??

An employer has the right to specify a dress code appropriate to work conditions. Political expression is not appropriate to work conditions. The minute an employers says "this form of personal expression is OK but that form of personal expression is not" they have violated the civil rights of the employees. A "no personal/political expression" stance violates no civil rights because when a person is on the job, their time is not personal and is bought by the employer to do work. We don't allow bracelets or pins. There must be zero tolerance for any personal expression during work hours because it is not conducive or appropriate to the mission of any work environment outside of political employment.

Agree with you 100% but the problem for employers is where to draw the line between acceptable and unacceptable. The least offensive and least controversial solution for companies would be to make company provided T shirts and optional hats with their logo the formal dress policy.

We have a stance that ALL forms of political and personal expression is inappropriate. Your Biden or Trump pin is not OK. And so on.

As for personal expression, we limit it to a 8x10 photo on your work desk of your family or significant other.
