Well it sounds logical to help the injured or impaired. As for AI well we are all waiting for the sex robots. maybe that "Cherry 2000" is just around the corner.

The presentation today was impressive. The implant is now a fraction of the size and the goal is to get the cost down to a few thousand. I don't think any other company is trying to do this. If they can pull it off, it will be the next generation of computing.
