I like it. The changes definitely make it look less generic. I actually really love the front end. The rounded elements intermixed with the angular elements create a nice aggressive facade. The rear is still pretty dull. The interior also still looks two generations behind, especially compared to Audi and Mercedes and even BMW interiors.

There is a definite resemblance to Mercedes' execution of the grille surround on the E-Class. If you chopped off the lower 60% of the grille and put a Mercedes star on it, that's the E-Class grille pretty much.

This is a big "so what". It's a great car but there is no Genesis marketing. The buyers of this will find it on the lot next to the Accent. While it does represent a value, it's not enough of a value to sway defection from BMW or Mercedes. Hyundai-Kia killed the Stinger through market misplacement and lack of marketing...and here we go again.

Korean car sure have upped their game in the design department especially for their premium luxury vehicles.
That breeze that BMW, Audi and Mercedes feel in Kia breathing down on their necks.

I seriously doubt many German car buyers are considering a Hyundai. I sure as hell wouldn't.

They are “Targeting” people whom can’t afford a Benz or BMW. Same type of losers that buy fake Prada purses or Rolex watches.

Genesis has sold 10,158 total units in the USA this year through August down 23% over 2019, also a lousy year. Less than 1% of the Luxury market, the company is run by an tacky ego maniac Mark Del Rosso, the guy with the shirts open to his navel, jewelry and pants too tight plus his mail order bride. Is the refresh style going to change that, unlikely as long as they have a complete fool running the company in the US and no one considers them a real luxury product. This is an afterthought product, stop giving it free press. Google Mark Del Rosso and get a good laugh at the tacky tacky man pushing fake luxury cars... that is your answer to all things Genesis.

Beats the 3-series, A4 and C-Class on looks. Really hoping the sport wagon version makes it to the states. Won't hold my breath though.

Amazing evolution of the first car. Nine points out of ten.

Not really feeling this will change the landscape in this segment. The current car doesn't even outsell the current and outgoing TLX.
