Those aren’t spinners those are Texan Wire Wheels, they’re known as swangas. This guy turned a Panamera into what’s known in Houston as a SLAB... Slow Loud And Bangin. They are barely legal. It’s a Houston thang. For the most part Paul Wall (a white rapper) has made them famous. I wouldn’t do it but it’s just a car culture that I don’t particularly care for. Kinda like matte paint, lowriders, etc.
