Elon Musk Calls It As He Sees It - Claims Bill Gates Has No Clue When It Comes To EV Semis

Earlier this month, tech visionary and Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates penned a blog post outlining his stance on the next generation of transportation. And while Gates was supportive of all-electric cars, he maintained that some types of vehicles, such as heavy-duty machinery like 18-wheelers, will never really work out if they were just powered by batteries.

Instead, Gates explained that other technologies such as cheap alternative fuels would work better for tasks like long-haul travel. The Microsoft co-founder mentioned biofuels and electrofuels as superior alternatives to battery-electric heavy-duty machines, partly due to their compatibility with the trucks that are already operating today.

Bill Gates is a clutz and a knucklehead. He made his money by accident when IBM made a bad decision to use an finished DOS buggy program instead of CP/M. Additioaally, Gate continued selling his DEFECTIVE, BUGGY, clumsy DOS operating systme to the public which was victimized by the defective software.
Now that Gates is filthy rich, he equates his wealth with intellegence...WRONG! Gates is a bonehead boob and he certainly knows virtually NOTHING about automobiles and EV design/construction.

Elon Musk was spot on calling Gates a buffoon.

I would place much more reliance on what Gates' says versus what Musk says.

Gates' company, Microsoft, has generated BILLIONS in true accounting profits for its investors over decades (and is still doing so today) while Musk's companies have never really been profitable at all. Tesla, et al (Solar-Shitty) have poor working capital dynamics and its unclear when cash will be returned to investors in the form of accounting profits.

Gates has a track record of being a smart guy whose companies earn a buck (billions of bucks by the way) and Musk just doesn't (unless Paypal is counted and he sold that out).
