Many thought it'd be impossible without a helicopter, but they've done it. That Jeep Wrangler stuck on California's Razor Ridge bike trail in a truly precarious spot has been recovered. Amazingly, no aerial antics were needed to yank the four-door JK off the cliffside and, instead, off-road ingenuity won out with the help of a local Jeep group. Rest assured, though—it wasn't easy.

Always amazes me when I watch a recovery video that people stand so close to the winch and tow lines. Darwin Awards exist for a reason i guess. Driver of this jeep also a good nominee...

People who buy Jeeps and drive them off-road seldom know how to drive off-road. Similarly, they have a "wench" (sic) on the front and have no idea how to use a winch. The same dumb-shit mindset happens among people whonbuy fast cars and do not know how to drive them.

I wouldn’t say seldom but definitely a large percentage is lacking the common sense it takes to drive a vehicle on a normal road... much less a trail. I do really enjoy taking newbies on trail rides. Tends to either spark the interest, scare them into mall parking lots or back into their fart can subaru. Education, patience and experience is key to making it an enjoyable hobby. Much like racing. To me the largest offenders on the trails nowadays are the people in the side by side UTVs.
