Tesla Launches 2021 Model 3 Refresh - Can You See The Differences?

Tesla has now officially launched the Model 3 2021 refresh with more range and all the features we were anticipating.

Over the last week, we have been reporting on Tesla currently updating the Model 3 with a significant refresh that includes several new features.

We have seen the new center console, new wheels, and reported on a few other features, but it is now official.

- Dual Pane Windows
- Powered Trunk
- Chrome Delete
- New Heat Pump (+30 miles of range with same battery)
- New Wheels

Way more changes than I expected at one time.

The dual pane windows are significant as is the range increase. They need to install the double pane windows on the model Y as well.

For sure. I'm wondering if the Y already has it and they just never mentioned it. So far the Y has everything on the list except for the Center Console and maybe the Dual Pane Windows. The refresh seems like it was to bring the 3 up to parity feature-wise, but the big item is the one you can't see. The Y has way fewer parts due to megacastings, that's what will really help drive down cost. I think that might be 2 years our or more.
