FCA Hires 4100 Worker For New Mack Truck Assembly Plant

Thousands of Detroiters have signed on to work for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as the company moves toward completion of its new Jeep assembly plant on the city's east side next year.

As of Wednesday, 4,100 Detroit residents have accepted FCA production worker jobs starting at $17 an hour plus benefits, according to an update Wednesday by Detroit officials and FCA.
