Another day, another reminder that no one actually has a self-driving car, regardless of the misleading names used for some advanced driver assistance systems. Tesla rolled out its "Full Self-Driving" package last week in a limited-access beta test with a warning that the system can do "the wrong thing at the worst time," and so far, that warning is proving a bit prophetic.

I'm anxious to try it out for myself, wish the video was slowed down with the ping-ponging. I'm trying to figure out what caused that, maybe the car in the blindspot.

Typical Tesla: design something, waste no time on engineering and development in the field, put it on sale to customers, and then find out how it works.
