The article did say a new car every 4 months but did not specify if it was a new car ( as in new with window sticker ) or a new car for the customer ( as in the customer has not yet had the keys to this car with mileage on it ). There is a big difference

The Volvo 4 cylinder in the XC90 is beyond terrible. Volvos are Geelys with Volvo grilles. Volvo needs to be an Acura/Buick level brand not a wannabe Mercedes.
