Actually the media just made an announcement. Thing is the US Constitution gives the state legislatures responsibility for "process" for Federal elections. The PA S/C declared that mass mail in ballots were "ok" as did a few other states. Unless their state laws, passed by the legislatures of those states have codified, IE: "made legal" the mass mail out/in ballot ALL of them are subject to being declared UnConstitutional... the PA S/C HAS violated the Constitution as it was not codified as law, by the legislature. So, as the lawsuits find their way to the SC I predict this joke DemoRats have perpetrated on the citizens that "all ballots (should be saying all VOTES, but they don't care....) should be counted" will be tossed. The DemoRats don't care about the law, and that's why they didn't want ACB on the court because it will now be 6-3 or at least 5-4 (again the liberals on the court don't care about the law.) If the precedent for PA is used NO ballots received after 11/3 that were not "legally" codified by the legislatures of the states, NONE will be legal or counted. So much for stuffing the ballot box and trying to steal the election.

But then the DemoRats will say a legal technicality turned an election but it was their own actions that created the problem and the result. DemoRats don't care about the law, ask Quid Pro Joe, they just care about power. Thats OK Trump will quell their violence even as Sleepy Quid Pro Joe now preaches "unity"... yea right...

Oh and while the media, DemoRat politicians and "experts" focus on "voter fraud... PROVE IT"... Trump won't have too because they will all be made invalid because the process was a violation of the Constitution. Once again the Founders were simply brilliant to foresee corruption. The people must have their legislatures make it law, not some whim of a pathetic demagogue or corrupt judge. God Bless America!

The media (including Fox News) has declared it a win for Biden and Harris because the numbers that they are ahead by (fed to them by the state elections staff - not pulled out of the air) in the states still counting are huge, 10k to nearly 30k and these numbers keep rising by the day.

When Al Gore went to court back in 2000 the difference was just 500 votes over the whole state of Florida with millions of votes cast. Recounting the votes over 4-6 states will not change anything. That's not how the math works. Error rate stats are just never that high. It would not flip 50,000-75,000 votes from one side to the other. More like 100-200.

If it wasn't a pandemic and everyone voted on election day and it was 306 to 213 in electoral votes, it would be seen as a blowout and everyone would get on with their lives.

Trump and his staff and their lawyers can bluster all they want but they have had 2 cases thrown out by judges already. No proof means no case when you are in court. If they can come up with real proof of fraud that will stand up in court, it is their right to pursue it. But I think you will have a long time waiting for that to happen.

Hmmm...Judges tossed out... do you think Liberal Judges interpret the law or the Constitution? Why do we refer to Kagan/OscarMayer/and Breyer as liberals on the court, because they do not interpret the Constitution, which is their sworn job, they add their politics to their opinions. RBG hated our Constitution... and prefered the S.African Constitution all 140 pages of it. They knew they were going to stuff the ballot box which is why they were adamant about not filling the vacant seat. It's the peoples seat not RBG's ... OUR SEAT. The PA S/C violated the Constitution which is the law of the land and needs to be respected or we cease to be a nation of laws. So you understand the USA is govt of the people for the people and by the people, which is why the Constitution authorized the legislature to make laws & rules elected officials if not you'll have rogue judges or rogue Pa S/C "MAKING" law... its a check and balance and brilliant. Quid Pro Joe has not been elected, its not over and nothing has been called on their own pontificating and the LSMedia promoting it. I've already heard some say T needs to concede for the good of the nation, as if DemoRats would do that? Gore keep us in limbo for 37 days over one state so why should Repub/T just concede? Jezebel Clinton stated B/H should never concede under any circumstances, so why should T, especially since he won?
