You know its expensive because the wheels look like cheap wheel covers.

The more I look at the 'new' S-Class, the more I think it is just a 'mid-cycle' refresh.

All the 'hard points' (including the doors) look exactly the same as the outgoing model - with some styling updates and screens everywhere inside.

MB S-Class is kind of like the hotel reno that leaves the same furniture and just adds 'flat-screen' TV's everywhere!

Because that's all it is ditto the "all new" Golf.

Yeah...in 2020, we are now in the automotive equivalent of that period about 10-15 years ago, where every hotel in America (from cheap to luxury) embarked on a room renovation/upgrade process that started the the removal of those 'Armoire's' (remember those) which all housed those 'tube TV's' and the disposal of old style TV's and replacement with 'flat screens'. Then and now, putting screens everywhere is a 'cheap' way to decorate.

Now the auto industry is following suit.

#Depressing.

I recall that. 15 years ago I saw a lot of motel rooms. They weren't the nicest ones though.
