Biden To Continue Obama Strategy Of Tougher Emissions And Higher Fuel Economy
President-elect Joe Biden's transition teams for the Environmental Protection Agency and Transportation Department will be run by several agency alumni who served under President Barack Obama and helped craft regulations like the Clean Power Plan and tougher fuel economy standards for vehicles.

The head of the EPA team is Patrice Simms, an environmental attorney at Earthjustice, which has filed more than 100 lawsuits against President Donald Trump's administration. He worked as deputy assistant attorney general in the Justice Department's environment division.

I wouldn't be so sure, Senate is still going to be Republican, balance is still there.

Does this come from the office of the president elect? Which doesn’t exist just like their victory....

Assuming Biden wins, which is still a big if, this will Barack Hussein Obama's third term. Never thought I'd get to re-live 2015...

Statistically it's not a big if. Trump is doing exactly what he criticized in the 2016 election, except the gap is much larger and even his own fam is telling him to stop being a little bitch.

Don’t bet against it, it’s all about lawyers and the level of corruption with rhe judges now. One only has to look at the numbers honestly to want to ask questions. From Pennsylvania’s state website https://www.electionreturns.pa.gov/

There were 4 Statewide races in PA, if you total the number of votes cast in each race, there are over 100,000 more votes cast for President than any of the other races. Meaning over 100,000 people only voted for President and nothing else. The race for Attorney General (won by Democrat Shapiro the person that famously claimed before the election that once all the votes are counted Biden will win) that race had significantly more votes cast than the races for Auditor General and State Treasurer which have similar number of votes cast. Ironically both positions were won by the Republican.

I know many Republicans that didn't vote for Trump yet voted for other Republicans on the ballot. I'm not surprised by that situation. Heck, even I voted for a couple Republicans in CA.

You’re not following, it’s not a matter of not for a particular candidate on the ballot in a particular race. It’s a matter of there were 4 statewide races on the ballot, on over 100,000 ballots only the Presidential race was filled out, nothing else.

The fact that Biden was down over 600,000 votes then the vote counting stops and overnight there are massive ballot dumps that changes a 600,000 vote deficit to a 40,000 vote lead. Given the history of voter fraud in Philadelphia (this is from May 2020) https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/former-philadelphia-judge-elections-convicted-conspiring-violate-civil-rights-and-bribery

one might think that those 100,000 Ballots were a quick scramble to produce and filling out the other races would take to much time delaying the Ballot Dump.

"The head of the EPA team is Patrice Simms, an environmental attorney at Earthjustice, which has filed more than 100 lawsuits against President Donald Trump's administration".

What a waste of resources. How much did those 100+lawsuits from this activist cost American taxpayers in court costs and defense attorneys?
