The California Department of Public Health says its new Covid-19 order -- the “Limited Stay at Home Order” -- does not apply to Tesla employees who are now deemed essential workers.
       
Previously, Tesla and CEO Elon Musk defied state and county health orders and kept their factory running when health orders said it should wind down to minimum basic operations.
       
Musk has clashed with and insulted California since the pandemic emerged, comparing California to a sports team that has been winning too long.

SHOCKER: A spokesperson for the Alameda County Public Health Department declined to answer any questions about Tesla

Liberal governors like in California, Michigan and New York are bullies who demand you do as they say and not as they do. The way to beat any bully is to stand up to them and stand your ground. Not a Musk fan myself but he gets it.

Shelter in place orders may differ from place to place. Oakville Ontario has a Ford plant and they are in a Red zone (but not locked down like Toronto and Peel Region). I am pretty sure all the Ford plant employees there are still making cars and doing their best to keep a safe distance and wearing masks and gloves. Lots of other people are still going to work safely.

Liberals are hypocrite scum. Look at Whitmer of Michigan. She orders everyone to stay at home but her husband is out living it up. Newsome says stay at home, but he's at French Laundry partying it up.

Anyone who says COVID is fake, anyone who doesn't wear a mask over their nose *and* mouth, anyone who doesn't know how to distance is completely selfish and putting everyone else in danger. The virus doesn't care, science doesn't care. People were stupid and rallied against seatbelts too. I don't care if you're conservative, liberal, a billionaire or poor.... wash your hands, mask up and keep your distance, 300,000+ excess deaths in this country and people still don't get it because "it hasn't affected me!"
